The BREEDER desires to consent to such release of the
following described dog for care subject to the terms and conditions set forth
in this contract, and the BUYER agrees to purchase said dog according to the
terms of this agreement.

GUARANTEE OF BREEDER:

The Breeder guarantees that the dog is progeny of animals
x-rayed and found clear of hip dysplasia, annually examined and
cleared by a Canine Opthamologist screening for genetic eye diseases, and BAER tested for
hearing.

disease or any dog found unsatisfactory for any reason during the
first seven days.

A reimbursement will be given to the buyer for enrollment, attendance
and graduation from a beginner obedience class.
IN RECEIVING THIS DOG FROM THE BREEDER, I THE BUYER, SWEAR
THAT I AM NOT ACTING AS AN AGENT FOR ANY PET STORE, PUPPY MILL OR DOG WHOLESALER

AGREEMENT OF BUYER:
- That the dog placed in my custody will be provided with balanced and
complete food; fresh water will be available 24 hours a day.
- To provide veterinary care for apparent illness or injury, annual
vaccinations and heartworm testing and care as prescribed by a veterinarian.
- To make this dog a family pet, to live in my home as part of my family. It
will not be chained out, kept in a barn, shed, garage, basement or any space
not usually occupied by me. This dog will not be outdoors unsupervised at
any time, unless in a securely fenced area. This dog will not be transported
in an open bed truck, or transported in any vehicle in an unsafe manner.
- To obey all laws of the state of the buyer’s residence concerning
animals, specifically not allowing this dog to run loose without supervision
and some means of positive control.
- To notify the Breeder immediately if this dog is lost, stolen, dies, is
killed or euthanized.
- Never to sell, trade, give away or otherwise transfer the possession of
this dog. If I no longer want this dog or am unable to care for it, I must
return the dog to the breeder at my expense, regardless of the age of the
dog.
- That the dog shall not be used for medical or any other experimental
purposes whatsoever.
- To have this dog groomed by a reputable professional dog groomer at least
every 8 – 12 weeks depending on the growth of the dog’s coat. I
understand that timely grooming is imperative to good health.
- I , not the breeder, will be responsible for any liabilities and/or damages by
the fault of the dog once it is in the care and possession of the buyer.
- I agree to notify the Breeder of any changes in address or telephone
numbers, along with updates as to the progress and welfare of the dog.
